Return Policy

At Cent Custom Packaging, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns under specific conditions to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with their purchase. We encourage customers to carefully inspect their orders upon delivery and contact us promptly if any issue arises so we can resolve it quickly and efficiently.

Standard Return Period

Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving their shipment.

To qualify for a return:

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
    • Products must comply with our return policy guidelines.

Any return that does not meet our policy requirements may be rejected and shipped back to the original delivery address.

Customized Products & DOA Policy (Dead on Arrival)

Since most products offered by Cent Custom Packaging are customized according to client specifications, it is important to report any issues immediately.

If you receive damaged, defective, missing, or non-conforming products, you must notify us within 3 working days of delivery by emailing:

This is referred to as our DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy.

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. Claims submitted after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for review. Minor scratches, slight color variations, or small imperfections are considered normal production tolerances and are not covered under this policy.

Return Shipping Costs

    • If the issue is caused by Cent Custom Packaging, we will provide a free reprint of the product after verification.
    • If the error is due to customer-submitted artwork, specifications, or order details, refunds will not be issued.

Our quality management team carefully evaluates each claim to determine the root cause of any defect.

For approved claims:

    • The customer must return the entire order within 7 working days at their own expense.
    • Supporting documents and clear digital images of the issue must be provided to ensure accurate reprinting.

If a customer still wishes to request a refund after a personal error, the printed items must be returned. Refunds (if approved) will be processed after deducting setup and shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

    • Your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
    • The amount will be credited to your original payment method automatically.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary).
    3. Contact your bank, as refunds may take several business days to post.
